How might we simplify the process of discovering and buying plans through the app?

Fever is a discovery and shopping platform for events and experiences (culinary, cultural and festive) with more than 60 million users in the most important cities in the United States, Spain, Portugal, France, United Kingdom, Germany and Australia.

Between 2015 and 2017 I was part of a small cross-functional team in the role of Product Designer, working mainly on the redesign of the apps. I also led the discoveries and implementations of the navigation to find social events, the purchase process and the event management tools.

Redesign goals

  1. Increase transaction volume by simplifying the plan detail flow and improving the usability event booking system, also scaling it to different types of experiences and plans.

  1. Design a new experience for plan and event planners on the platform.

  1. Define different experiments and test each conversion-oriented feature.

  1. Full redesign of iOS and Android apps.
